Q: “What product types are available?”
We make all types of flower bouquets and arrangements, balloon decorations, party
and event decoration.
Q: “Why does the price of flowers go up during holidays?”
Like other agriculture markets, the prices of products are
largely dictated by supply and demand.
For example, for Valentine’s Day, on average, more than 100 million roses are sold nationwide. Growers start on their rose crops after Christmas and require additional labor at all levels of production. Since the holiday falls in the middle of winter there are higher heating costs, and because of the volume of roses additional transportation and delivery are also needed. Each of these factors contributes to the
proportionate cost of flowers during Valentine’s and other major floral holidays.
Q: “Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?”
Yes, ofcourse just let us know.
Q: “What areas do you deliver to?”
Currently we service all of Abu Dhabi.
Q: “Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?”
Absolutely, just add a note at checkout or send us a whatsapp with your order number.
Q: “How are shipping and delivery charges determined?”
We offer free delivery all over Abu Dhabi. Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai are charged at 50dhs, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm al Quwaim at 80dhs.
Q: “What about substitutions?"
On occasions we will need to replace flowers or stands on availability but rest assured we will be in touch if it’s a major difference to what you ordered.
Q: “Can I pick a delivery time?"
Yes, you sure can.
Q: “Can I get same-day delivery?”
As long as the selected arrangement is available yes we can.
Q: “What happens after I place an order?”
You will receive confirmation and the order will be delivered or arranged for collection.
Q: “Can I make a change to my order?”
As long as it’s well in advance we will do our best to allow changes.
Q: “Will my flowers be left if no one is home?”
We will call before delivering to ensure this doesn’t happen.
Q: “Will you contact the recipient?”
Yes, to confirm availability.
Q: “Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?”
There may be some variations dependent on availability of
flowers and stands/boxes.
Q: “What areas do you deliver to?”
We deliver all over UAE.
Q: “How can I determine the status of my order?”
Rest assured we take every order as priority but if you need an update we’d be happy to confirm order status.
Q: “How do I make my flowers last longer?"
The best way to keep your flowers fresh is first to always keep the water level of the container as full as possible. Flowers not only take up water through the end of the stem, but also through the sides of the stems themselves. Keep your bouquet in a cool location in your home, away from direct sunlight or electronics and appliances that give off heat.
